1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

1.1. General Overview
LoopLearners may offer promotional activities or discounts from time to time, such as referral bonuses or first-lesson discounts. Promotions and discounts are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in each offer. Promotions are applied manually on TutorCruncher, with the price adjusted and an email notification.

1.1.1. Client Recommendation Discount

  • For each new client referred to LoopLearners who successfully signs up by completing their details in the TutorCruncher system and submitting the required Terms and Conditions form, both the referring client (who must be an existing client) and the referred client will receive a $20 AUD deduction for one lesson.

  • No further purchases or completed sessions are required for the reward to apply.

  • Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined, and only one discount may apply per session.

1.1.2. First-Lesson Discount

  • New clients are eligible for a $20 discount on their first lesson, which can only be applied to the first session.

  • This discount is always available, with no time limitation for when the first lesson must occur.

  • This discount will automatically be applied to the first lesson. Clients will receive an email notification.

  • This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

  • The first lesson must be completed for the discount to apply.

  • Standard tutoring rates apply to all subsequent lessons.

  • This offer is limited to one discount per student.

1.1.3. General Discounts

From time to time, LoopLearners may offer general discounts at its discretion. These discounts are available for one session only and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Standard tutoring rates will apply to all subsequent lessons.

LoopLearners reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or extend any discount at any time without prior notice. Discounts are not uniformly applied to all clients and may vary based on individual circumstances. The availability and terms of general discounts are determined solely by LoopLearners.

1.1.4. Additional Student Discount

Clients who onboard an additional student, such as a sibling or another student under their account, will receive a $20 AUD discount for each student. This discount will be applied once per student and is only valid for their first session. This discount will only apply for students under the same client.

The additional student must be officially registered with LoopLearners by completing the necessary onboarding process, including submitting their details in TutorCruncher and signing the required Terms and Conditions form.

This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, and standard tutoring rates will apply to all future sessions.

LoopLearners reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or apply this discount at its discretion.

1.2. Redemption and Notice for Promotions

1.2.1. Clients must notify LoopLearners via email to claim any discount or promotional offer. Upon receiving the client’s notification, LoopLearners will send a confirmation email acknowledging the discount, which serves as the voucher or promotional reference.

1.2.2. To redeem a voucher or promotional offer, clients must notify LoopLearners when booking the relevant session. We recommend providing at least two weeks' notice to ensure the discount is applied. While LoopLearners will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests with less than two weeks' notice, availability for last-minute adjustments is not guaranteed.

1.2.3. Vouchers and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past sessions.

1.3. Additional Terms and Conditions

1.3.1. Promotional Abuse

  • LoopLearners reserves the right to refuse or cancel discounts in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

1.3.2. Refunds and Adjustments

  • Refunds or credits for lessons booked under a promotion will be handled in accordance with LoopLearners' standard refund, late fee, and cancellation policies.

1.3.3. Transferability

  • Promotional discounts are non-transferable and can only be applied to the client or student specified at the time of booking.

1.3.4. Compliance with Laws

  • All promotional offers are subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations. LoopLearners reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion to ensure legal compliance.

1.3.5. Changes to Promotions

  • LoopLearners reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time.

  • Changes will be reflected on the official promotions page, and existing bookings under the original terms will not be affected.

1.3.6. Availability and Cash Value

  • All promotions, discounts, and referral rewards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be applied as deductions to future lesson fees. These offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn with reasonable notice.

  • LoopLearners will notify clients of any changes to promotions where practical, ensuring transparency and fairness.
