As our services are defined by transparent and ethical practices, we ensure that our tutors are paid the highest rate, whilst we take a bit off the top for expenditure.
One of our favourite parts about our business is that you get to set a fixed rate between our guidelines of $60-120 (with online starting at $60, and in-person starting at $70). Whilst our fees are the some of the lowest industry wide, our tutors receive some of the highest amount industry wide. We take a small amount to upkeep our business and its costs.
Payments are able to be done after every lesson or prepaid if requested.
We generally require payments to be done through Tutorcruncher via Stripe, which incurs a 2.65% fee, inclusive of Stripe and TutorCruncher’s charges. For international cards, an additional 1.5% is charged.

To ensure that our students are treated with the uttermost respect and with the highest quality learning, our tutors are the absolute cream of the crop.
Our tutors vary in their experience, from freshly-graduated to Master’s degrees, guaranteeing that there is a tutor for your needs. They must have an 85+ ATAR or teaching qualifications. To choose our tutors, they go through an extensive process, including an interview, double reference check, and review. They all must have a Working With Children’s Check and ABN.

At LoopLearners, we believe that asking you to sign a terms and conditions form as part of our details form is crucial for a successful tutoring experience. Here’s why this practice is beneficial:
Clarity and Transparency: Our terms and conditions outline our policies, procedures, and expectations, helping to prevent misunderstandings. This clarity ensures you know exactly what to expect from our services.
Mutual Commitment: Signing the document confirms your agreement to our services, payment structures, and cancellation policies, fostering trust and accountability between you and our team.
Protection for All Parties: The agreement safeguards both you and LoopLearners. It establishes a framework for resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring a fair process for everyone involved.
Streamlined Communication: Having everything in writing allows for clearer communication, enabling us to focus on delivering quality educational support to your child.
The Risks of Companies That Don’t Require Signed Agreements
While some tutoring companies may not require a signed terms and conditions form, this can lead to several potential drawbacks:
Lack of Accountability: Without a formal agreement, there may be no clear recourse for resolving disputes or misunderstandings, leaving clients without protections.
Unclear Expectations: Without written policies, clients might be uncertain about the services provided, payment terms, or cancellation procedures, leading to confusion and frustration.
Inconsistent Practices: Companies without standardized agreements may have varying practices that can change at any time, creating inconsistency in service quality.
By choosing LoopLearners and signing our terms and conditions, you ensure a transparent and reliable tutoring experience. Thank you for being part of our community!
